Constitution

Annual Membership
Annual membership costs £3.00 (2023-2024). The fee is set at the AGM and should be paid between June and the end of December.
The annual membership for 2024-2025 will be set at the AGM in April or May 2024 and should be paid between June and the end of December 2024.
If you receive invoices for your fees you will be invited to pay your annual membership in an invoice.
Weekly Subs
The weekly subscription is £3.00 (2023-24).
Members and Regular Guests will be sent an invoice showing what they owe each quarter and are requested to pay by cheque or bank transfer if possible.
Visitors should pay in cash on the night. Your first visit is free.
Arrangements can be made for those who prefer to pay more regularly or in cash.
Please speak to the treasurer to arrange your payments.
If paying by cheque the cheque should be payable to Cobtree SCD Group.
AGM/Special General Meeting are free nights.

The AGM in 2024 is on Wednesday 1st May.
The meeting starts at 7.45 pm.

If there is snow or ice, information will be posted on this website to let members know if a club night or event is cancelled.
